My DPS Photoshoot

These are the best shots of what I planned, for my planned layout I took one photo with the white t-shirt and one with the black vest to heighten the contrast some more.

Sitting on the floor - I got a couple of really good shots of this pose, and I think because I had my model actually leaning on something it will look more realistic when it's cut out. However, the shadow may cause a slight problem, but hopefully I'd be able to sort that out on Photoshop. I think this stance worked out well and doesn't look too posed apart from the fact she's looking into the camera. I don't think it fully has that vulnerable feel, especially because of the heels, but I still think it's quite personal because she's quite curled up.

Headphones full length - I love this photo! I think it works perfectly for the music side of things and at the same time is fairly humourous. I think my model strangely looks like P!nk too. It looks as if it will be really easy to cut out, I might even just use the Magic Wand instead of cutting it out manually with the Polygonal Lasso. I like how the headphone wire trails off at the bottom too, I could have this leaking into the white frame I plan on having just as a quirky detail, and maybe hinting that it continues onto the next page, even though I'm not making that part.

Birdseye view - I think this is definitely really unusual and it was really difficult to take from that angle. It looks pretty serious and ever so slightly menacing, even a bit creepy because of the way I'd have it on my DPS so it looks like she's clinging off the wall, a bit like a spider. But hopefully my readers wouldn't take that negative postion towards it if I do have to use it. I do have a couple of others but they aren't as good photography.
Now I'm ready to put everything together for my final DPS.
