There is an excellent sense of house style across the pages. The photography is of a very high standard and really captures the spirit of the magazine. I believe the magazine is aimed at a female audience, teens to early twenties. I think this because of the language used and the carefree style of the overall piece.
This is my blog for my AS level Media Studies Unit G321 Foundation Portfolio. For the first requirement of the unit, there is a preliminary exercise consisting of producing the front page of a new school magazine and a mock-up of the layout of the contents page. The main task of the unit is to create the front cover, contents and double page spread of a new music magazine, in a genre of our choice. This blog will describe my progress through the task in research and planning, creation and my evaluation.
